* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RUSSELL COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 415 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER RUSSELL COUNTY...MOVING TO THE
  SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR
  THE NEXT HOUR.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
