* AT 322 AM CST...TRAINING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OVER 
THE COUNTY FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST. PORTIONS OF NORTHERN LIBERTY 
COUNTY HAVE ALREADY SEEN 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN TONIGHT. AN ADDITIONAL 
INCH OR TWO IS LIKELY BEFORE 5 AM.

ANOTHER ROUND OF CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH UPPER LOW NOW CROSSING
OLD MEXICO SHOULD BE COMING IN TO MOSAIC RADAR RANGE SOON.  IN FAR
SW TX.  AHEAD OF THE UPPER LOW, BANDS OF MODERATE PCPN ALREADY
EVIDENT OVER CENTRAL PARTS OF THE STATE.  WILL HAVE A SLIGHT BREAK
IN THE ACTION OVER NW COUNTIES FOR A FEW HOURS, BUT SHOULD HAVE
REDEVELOPMENT OF PCPN AFTER MIDNIGHT AND WELL INTO SATURDAY OVER
MUCH OF CWA.  AS SUCH, WILL MAKE ONLY COSMETIC CHANGES TO THE
CURRENT FORECAST FOR 9 PM ISSUANCE.

WILL KEEP FFA ACTIVE, AND GIVEN THE RELATIVELY SLOW FORECAST
MOVEMENT OF THE UPPER LEVEL WAVE, IT MAY WELL EXTEND INTO SAT AT
LEAST THROUGH MID MORNING.  AREA OF UPPER DIFLUENCE AHEAD OF UPPER
WAVE MAY HELP TOUCH OFF ANOTHER BOUT OF THUNDERSTORMS EARLY
SATURDAY, PRODUCING CELLS OR A FEW TRAINS OF CELLS WHICH MAY POSE A
FLOODING OF FLASH FLOODING THREAT.

AS FOR THE RIVERS, RFC FORECASTS ALREADY HAVE TRINITY RIVER RISING
TO SLIGHTLY ABOVE FLOOD STAGE SATURDAY, SO WILL HAVE UPDATE TO RIVER
FLOOD WARNING SOON AS WELL.
