  REPORTS INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF WISCONSIN RAPIDS. IT WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
