* AT 447 PM CDT... A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN
  DIAMETER. THE STORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WILLOW
  RESERVOIR...OR 18 MILES WEST OF RHINELANDER. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT
  30 MPH.
