  NORTHERN KITTSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT.

* AT 453 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  TORNADO 2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ORLEANS...OR ABOUT 39 MILES           
  NORTHEAST   OF GRAFTON...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH.       
  RADAR SHOWS STRONG ROTATION WITH THIS STORM.  THIS TORNADO IS      
  LIKELY WRAPPED IN RAIN AND VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE.  TAKE COVER
