EASTERN BELTRAMI COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA. * UNTIL 730 PM CDT. * AT 701 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR FUNKLEY MOVING EAST...OR ABOUT 38 MILES NORTHEAST OF BEMIDJI... * THE TORNADO IS ON THE GROUND NEAR FUNKLEY.
