SYNOPSIS...AN UNSTABLE AIRMASS COMBINED WITH INCREASING LOW LEVEL MOISTURE ACROSS EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA IS SETTING THE STAGE FOR THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THIS AFTERNOON.
