  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES EAST OF PENN TO 26 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NEW
  ROCKFORD OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 MILES NORTHWEST OF DEVILS
  LAKE TO 57 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE. LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS
  INDICATED BY RADAR.

* PENN...DEVILS LAKE..OBERON AND SHEYENNE WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE 
  HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES HAVE BEEN
  INDICATED BY RADAR OVER WESTERN EDDY COUNTY AND INTO SOUTHEAST     
  BENSON COUNTY. FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN PARTS OF THE DEVILS LAKE
  BASIN.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
