THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BARNES COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
  
* UNTIL 1115 PM CDT

* AT 502 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN PERSISTING OVER AREAS OF BARNES
  COUNTY...MAINLY IN THE SOUTHWESTERN PORTION.

* THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING OVER THE SAME LOCATIONS HAS RESULTED IN
  ONE HOUR RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES IN PORTIONS OF    
  SOUTHWEST BARNES COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IN THESE AREAS WILL   
  QUICKLY RUN OFF...LEADING TO POSSIBLE STREET...OVERLAND...AND      
  BASEMENT FLOODING. SOME TOWNS INCLUDED IN THE FLASH FLOOD          
  WARNING ARE LITCHVILLE AND HASTINGS.
