NORMAN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA * UNTIL 340 AM CDT * ...AT 932 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER MUCH OF NORMAN COUNTY. * RAINFALL RATES OF TWO TO THREE INCHES PER HOUR MAY CAUSE STREET...BASEMENT...AND OVERLAND FLOODING THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF WESTERN NORMAN COUNTY. SOME CITIES INCLUDED IN THE WARNING ARE HALSTAD...
