WESTERN POLK COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA GRAND FORKS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 245 AM CDT * AT 842 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN PUSHING THROUGH GRAND FORKS COUNTY AND INTO WESTERN POLK COUNTY. * RAINFALL RATES OF TWO TO THREE INCHES PER HOUR WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF STREETS...UNDERPASSES...AND BASEMENTS.
