  EASTERN GRAND FORKS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  WESTERN POLK COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 430 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS
  EASTERN GRAND FORKS AND WESTERN POLK COUNTIES AT 40 MPH. AS
  THESE STORMS CONTINUE TO TRACK OVER THE SAME LOCATIONS THROUGH 630
  PM CDT...RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 1.5 INCHES PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE.

* GRAND FORKS...THOMPSON...EAST GRAND FORKS...TABOR AND KEY WEST WILL
