  EASTERN EDDY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND
  NELSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 1025 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES NORTH OF MAPES TO 17 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  HAMAR...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 29 MILES EAST OF DEVILS LAKE
  TO 33 MILES SOUTH OF DEVILS LAKE...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT
  15 MPH.

* LAKOTA...MCVILLE...HAMAR...MAPES AND MICHIGAN WILL BE AFFECTED BY
