  BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
  EDDY COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
  RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 655 AM CDT

* AT 250 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING OVER BENSON AND
  EDDY COUNTIES...INCLUDING THE CITIES OF LEEDS...MADDOCK...AND NEW
  ROCKFORD.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO
  THE DEVILS LAKE AREA BY 330 AM.

* HEAVY RAIN OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL AFFECT THE COMMUNITIES
  OF DEVILS LAKE...NEW ROCKFORD...MADDOCK...LEEDS...AND FORT TOTTEN
  UNTIL 430 AM.  THIS WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
