THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MORGAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 1200 PM EST

*A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES IN EFFECT FOR MORGAN COUNTY. AT 6 
AM EST EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE 
CONDITION OF PRITCHARD LAKE DAM NEAR OIL MILL ROAD ABOUT TWO MILES 
WEST OF MADISON. THE POSSIBLE FAILURE OF THE DAM COULD OCCUR AT ANY 
TIME AND IS STILL CONSIDERED AN IMMINENT THREAT. IF THIS EARTHEN DAM 
FAILS...THE ROADS AFFECTED WILL BE SLAUGHTER BEASLEY ROAD AND 
HIGHWAY 83. OUTFLOW FROM THE DAM...IF IT BREAKS...WILL FLOW INTO 
HARD LABOR CREEK.

RESIDENTS IN THE AREA SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND 
IMMEDIATELY IF THE DAM BREAKS. STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR 
LOCAL MEDIA FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

MORE INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE.
