THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  FRIO

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 1014 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A   
THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER WESTERN FRIO COUNTY MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH.  

THESE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT FRIO COUNTY.  SOME OF THESE 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MAY ALSO PRODUCE A TORNADO.
ALSO...STRONG...DAMAGING WINDS 50 TO 65 MPH AND GUSTY...HEAVY 
RAIN...HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE 
THUNDERSTORMS OVER FRIO COUNTY.
