* UNTIL 300 PM CDT

* AT NOON...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  BETWEEN TOW AND BURNET...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.  OTHER STORMS
  ARE ALSO MOVING INTO NORTHWEST BURNET COUNTY.  RAINFALL RATES ARE
  ESTIMATED AT 1 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
