GUADALUPE * UNTIL 845 PM CDT * AT 646 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 5 MILES EAST OF SEGUIN...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE NORTH BACK THROUGH SEGUIN WHERE HEAVY RAINS FELL EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON.
