* AT 1121 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GRANT CITY...OR 4 MILES
  NORTH OF STANBERRY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  GRANT CITY AT 1135 AM CDT
  ALLENDALE AT 1140 AM CDT

DIME SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED IN STANSBURY AS WELL AS ROTATION IN THE 
CLOUDS.
