CLAY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI RAY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 500 AM CDT * AT 300 AM CDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED ONGOING FLOOD PROBLEMS OVER PORTIONS OF RAY AND CLAY COUNTIES. FLOODING CONTINUES ON THE FISHING RIVER NEAR MOSBY IN CLAY COUNTY. ROADS ARE CLOSED IN RAY COUNTY INCLUDING ROUTE D FROM ROUTE C TO HIGHWAY 13 AND ALONG ROUTE O BETWEEN HIGHWAY 10 AND HIGHWAY 210. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
