  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR ELY...MOVING
  NORTH AT 45 MPH. THIS STORM HAS HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING SEVERAL 
  TORNADOES.
