  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 4 MILES WEST OF NORTH
  LIBERTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY     
  OF PRODUCING SEVERAL TORNADOES.
