  THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS 5 MILES WEST OF     
  MARSHALLTOWN...OR ABOUT 44 MILES NORTHEAST OF DES                  
  MOINES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 TO 40 MPH.
