* AT 831 PM CDT...DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES SOUTH OF MEADE
  STATE PARK TO 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MEADE TO 12 MILES SOUTH OF
  MINNEOLA TO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF SITKA...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
  FROM 11 MILES SOUTH OF MEADE STATE PARK TO 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
  MEADE TO 12 MILES SOUTH OF MINNEOLA TO 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF
