* AT 1036 PM MDT...SEVERAL WEATHER SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED FUNNEL
  CLOUDS ABOUT 9 MILES WEST OF ALLIANCE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE AREA WITH SOME
  ROTATION.
