* AT 745 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLASH FLOODING AT FORT PAYNE.
IN ADDITION...SOME OTHER ISOLATED REPORTS OF FLASH FLOODING WILL
BE POSSIBLE AT OUTLYING AREAS. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
