* AT 1009 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING INTO WESTERN DALLAS COUNTY...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT
  FEW HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
