  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS
  PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTH OF PANHANDLE...     
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. ANOTHER TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED
