* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEAVER COUNTY IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE
  EASTERN TEXAS COUNTY IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 930 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR HAS ESTIMATED 
  THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER EASTERN 
  TEXAS COUNTY IN ONE HOUR. FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN 
  REPORTED ALONG HIGHWAY 94 NEAR HARDESTY. SEVERAL 
  HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO 
  MOVE SLOWLY EAST THROUGH EASTERN TEXAS COUNTY AND 
  BEAVER COUNTIES LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY 
  MORNING.
