* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO
  NORTHWESTERN UNION COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 530 PM MDT

* AT 424 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN OVER CAPULIN...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DES
  MOINES...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
  3 MILES SOUTH OF DES MOINES AT 515 PM MDT

RADAR ESTIMATES HAVE INDICATED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST ONE

BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE SUDDEN AND
DANGEROUS FLOWS IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
