* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
  BAKER...FT IRWIN...MOUNTAIN PASS

* UNTIL 800 PM PDT

* AT 557 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM FT
  IRWIN TO BAKER TO 21 MILES SOUTH OF MOUNTAIN PASS...MOVING NORTH
  AT ABOUT 10 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF
HIGHWAYS...WASHES...AND NARROW CANYONS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
