SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...BISBEE...SIERRA VISTA * UNTIL 900 PM MST * AT 727 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATES BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
