EXPECT VIRGA HAS DEVELOPED AND EVAPORATIVE COOLING RESULTED IN A DESCENDING POCKET OF AIR NEAR OKC. THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE GUST TO 37 MPH. OKC SOUNDING WAS NEARLY DRY ADIABATIC WHICH WOULD ASSIST A TYPE OF DOWNBURST. MIGHT BE A HEAT BURST AS THE TEMP ROSE FROM 51 THE PREVIOUS HOUR TO 60 AT 10 PM.
