THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
  MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 415 AM CDT

* AT 1242 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM NEAR BOSTON TO 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ST PAUL TO 4
  MILES WEST OF NATURAL DAM. THE CLUSTER OF STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE
  EAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNING AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL
  BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 415 AM CDT.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FNLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
