THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  OKFUSKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
  CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  OKMULGEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1248 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING EAST ACROSS CREEK...
  OKMULGEE AND OKFUSKEE COUNTIES.  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA.  AN
  ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE BY 3 AM.

AT 1245 AM...FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER SOME ROADS NEAR BEGGS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
