BROWN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS NORTHEASTERN NEMAHA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 700 AM CDT * AT 215 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES HAVING FALLEN OVER NORTHEAST NEMAHA AND MOST OF BROWN COUNTY SINCE 8PM LAST EVENING. WITH THE RAIN EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 4 AM...FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS... CREEKS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES IS LIKELY. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED... RURAL BROWN COUNTY RURAL NORTHEASTERN NEMAHA COUNTY RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
