BROWN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 1110 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER BROWN COUNTY...NEAR HIAWATHA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS BROWN COUNTY IN THE LAST TWO HOURS. THE HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
