DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS SHAWNEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS WABAUNSEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 900 AM CDT * AT 658 AM CDT...THE WABAUNSEE COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED FLOODING ALONG INTERSTATE 70 NEAR MAPLE HILL. VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALSO WAS OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF SHAWNEE AND DOUGLAS COUNTIES. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED... ESKRIDGE ALMA PAXICO DOVER AUBURN MAPLE HILL RICHLAND TOPEKA CLINTON CLINTON LAKE LAWRENCE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
