THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN ANGELO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN HASKELL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 9 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER SOUTHERN HASKELL COUNTY...OR ABOUT 4 MILES NORTH OF
  STAMFORD. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY NEAR HIGHWAY 277 
  AND HIGHWAY 283.

* RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES HAS FALLEN 
  IN THE WARNED AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED
  THROUGH 10 PM CDT.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH
