CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...EL CAJON...LA MESA...LEMON GROVE... SANTEE * UNTIL 500 PM PST * AT 415 PM PST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR LA MESA MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
