THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM PST MONDAY EVENING FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTY

IN CALIFORNIA
     SOUTH CENTRAL SAN DIEGO

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED ALONG THE SAN DIEGO RIVER NEAR 
FASHION VALLEY. RIVER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE 
BY 600 PM. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN 
REPORTED. RIVER RISES WILL BE RAPID AND FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED. 
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.

FLOOD CONTROL REPORTED SAN DIEGO RIVER COULD RISE TWO TO THREE FEET 
BY 600 PM. DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. PEOPLE NEAR FASHION 
VALLEY SHOULD MOVE THEIR VEHICLES IN THE AREA NEAR SAN DIEGO RIVER.
