ORANGE COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 1030 PM PDT * AT 830 PM PST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND ALERT GAUGES INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER ORANGE COUNTY MAINLY IN THE VICINITY OF ALISO CREEK AND LAGUNA CANYON IN SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY. THESE HEAVY SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO HOURS. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
