  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM CLINTON TO 8 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF RICH HILL TO HUME...MOVING SOUTH AT 40 MPH. THESE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF
  70 MPH.
