SOUTHERN TEXAS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 645 PM CDT * AT 241 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR CABOOL...OR 10 MILES EAST OF MOUNTAIN GROVE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER SOUTHWEST TEXAS COUNTY SINCE 11 AM. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.
