* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 216 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR MILLER...OR 10 MILES NORTH OF
  MOUNT VERNON. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT TWO TO THREE INCHES 
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 1 PM. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO 
  OCCUR NEAR MILLER...PHELPS AND RED OAK.
