HICKORY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI DALLAS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI POLK COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI * UNTIL 730 AM CDT * AT 422 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM HERMITAGE SOUTH THROUGH BUFFALO AND BOLIVAR. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAD OCCURRED WITH THESE STORMS SINCE 3 AM. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...BOLIVAR...BUFFALO...PLEASANT HOPE AND URBANA.
