NORTHERN MORGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 1130 PM CDT * AT 830 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER NORTHERN MORGAN COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHWEST MORGAN COUNTY...SINCE 6 PM. * REDEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL MISSOURI ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.
