CENTRAL JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI * UNTIL 800 PM CDT * AT 448 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR CARTHAGE...STATIONARY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE PAST HOUR NEAR THE TOWN OF CARTHAGE. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.
