  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHEASTERN ROANOKE
  CITY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 3 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ROANOKE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 145 AM EDT INCLUDE

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING IN ROANOKE CITY. ROANOKE CITY POLICE REPORT NUMEROUS 
ROAD FLOOD IN THE SOUTHEAST PORTION OF THE CITY.
