* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN GALLIA COUNTY IN OHIO...
  MASON COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT...

* AT 903 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT
  SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE
  WARNING AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 7 AND 9 AM...TWO TO
  FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THE VICINITY OF GALLIPOLIS
  AND POINT PLEASANT.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE POINT PLEASANT AND
  GALLIPOLIS.
